the breakfast buffet was very good. it had a great variety of foods to cater to people from different countries. the pool area is very nice. i loved how clean it was
The bathroom was not swept before our arrival. i noticed hair on the floor. This was still there when we checked out, so they did not sweep. the balcony door does not have a lock.

the staff was very polite. breakfast was good and had a decent selection. i also liked that the hotel had a free shuttle service to bangla road.
the room seemed a bit old and could use some updating. housekeeping missed a few small details . they also didn't announce themselves before entering the room, just opened the door.

a lovely stay with great amenities

the family room was available ,at a reasonable price , even during the peak season , i appreciated that. breakfast offered many options with good quality , though coffee could use a boost. the swimming pool was excellent , it created a relaxed environment , i also found the front desk staff polite and helpful.
during my stay , i found that the towels were sometimes taken from the room but not immediately replaced , it was a minor inconvenience. i had to request new towels a couple of times, especially when wanting to shower after returning to the room.

the pool area included varied depths from 100 to 160. a waterfall feature was a great addition to the pool. i also noticed the hotel features dedicated canals with lotuses.

the staff cleaned rooms promptly , they dealt with requests efficiently , which was reassuring. cleaning staff maintained high standards . the hotel provided a free shuttle to bangla road , a great service for getting around.

the hotel is near several beaches , some within walking distance. a short walk led to a beach , it was about fifteen minutes to patong beach. there's a night food market on the water , a great place for evening eats.
